Calcscape is a library of free calculators that show their work — inputs, assumptions, and plain-English explanations — not just a single opaque number.
What we publish
We build practical tools for everyday planning jobs: home and project cost estimates, paycheck take-home sketches, loan and payoff math, family-money planning, mortgages, savings, and a few school or business utilities. Each page is written so you can audit the estimate, not just accept it.
How the math is meant to be used
Results are educational midpoints and worksheets. They are not bids, tax filings, court orders, lender quotes, or professional advice. When a topic depends on local rules or personal facts, we say so and keep the assumptions visible.
