Why not Wilks?
IPF moved to DOTS. Wilks is legacy on older spreadsheets.
Can I enter pounds?
Yes. The page converts lb to kg before the polynomial.
Does equipment matter?
You enter the total you lifted; DOTS does not know raw vs wraps.
