Total ≈ (sq ft × material $/sq ft) + Σ(option $/sq ft × sq ft), then × state multiplier. Steep pitch, multiple layers, and skylights can raise quotes beyond this band.

How do squares convert to square feet?
One roofing square is 100 sq ft of roof surface. A 25-square roof is 2,500 sq ft.

Does tear-off include dumpsters?
