Results explained
Layout studs = floor(length inches ÷ spacing) + 1, plus your extras. Plate stock = length × plate count. Headers and king/jack packs belong in extras or a separate takeoff.

Pressure-treated sill plate is a species/grade choice, not extra count.
How the estimate is built
studs = floor(length×12 / spacing) + 1 + extras. plate lf = length × plates.
Example scenario
40 ft at 16 in o.c. + 4 extras → 35 studs and 120 lf of plates at count 3.
